Order Cancellations
Once an order is placed, it is automatically processed within 6 to 12 hours to ensure timely dispatch
We do not accept cancellations after the order has been processed

Refunds and Returns
Because all Lazurio products are shipped directly from our international warehouses, we currently do not accept returns for reasons such as

Minor delays in delivery
We only offer refunds or replacements in the following rare cases
The item received is damaged, defective, or not as described
The product was never delivered and tracking shows no movement after 30 days

As all products are made and shipped from our overseas partners, delivery may take 10 to 18 business days depending on your location and customs clearance
